A Heritage & Memorial Tour was conducted by the Friends of Woodman Point Recreation Camp for the Sisters of St. John of God, Fathers, Don and John from St. Patricks Church Fremantle, the Mayor of the City of Cockburn, Mr Logan Howlett and his wife Pat, Mrs June Poore and family, Gail Dodd, Gary Marsh and other members of the Friends group. The tour was arranged between Sister Eugenia and Earle Seubert, and took place after the Memorial Service that was held for Sister Barbara, who died of smallpox in the Observation Hospital on the 17th March 1930. |
